What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, company, email address, enquiry type and message you provide. We do not ask for any special category data, and you should not send confidential commercial information through the form — ask for an NDA first.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. Your details are not added to a mailing list, are not sold, and are not shared with third parties except where necessary to answer your enquiry — in which case we will tell you first.

Lawful basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is an active or prospective commercial relationship, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. Where a hosting provider or analytics service places cookies, these are disclosed in the cookie notice and can be declined without affecting your use of the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent. Email james@meddevservices.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
